My wife Lorre and I live in Hampden Township, where we raised our two children. We enjoy traveling and listening to live music. I like to bike and run. I am actively involved with my church where I play the drums with our Praise and Worship Team on a regular basis.
I have been in the Real Estate business full time since 2002. I work my business by referral. I discovered early on in my career that if my past clients and business contacts continue to refer me new business, I can focus all of my efforts and attention into serving my clients needs. I know that I have to exceed my client’s expectations if they are going to be willing to share my services with their friends, family and work associates. My goal is satisfy all of my clients needs, before, during and after the transaction. My clients truly become “clients for life”. I stay in touch with my clients with beneficial information that I send out periodically, occasional phone calls, stopping by to say hello, and with several “client appreciation” events that I host annually.
My Role as The Buyer’s Agent.
When I represent a buyer, I will always look out for the buyer’s best interest, and make suggestions that will give the buyer the greatest value for their investment. Negotiation is my strong point. I will always negotiate the best terms and conditions on the behalf of the buyer that I am representing in every transaction.
My Role as The Seller’s Agent.
When selling your home, my commitment is to get the highest price, in the shortest amount of time possible. I will make recommendations for staging that will enhance the marketability of every home that I represent.
